The Nakhti Order is a dynamic organization that serves as a high society that advocates for truth and enlightenment. The Advisory board serves as an idea generator, esoteric science order, and human rights advocacy group as well. For countless millennia, North America has been home to Indigenous nations whose connection to the land is one of reverence, stewardship, and enduring spiritual ties. This land, which carries the sacred lineage of ancestral roots, now calls us to recognize both its sanctity and the responsibility it demands of us. As President and Empress of North America, I established the Nakhti Order as a new governance rooted in justice, equity, and unwavering respect for the rights of all Americans.
The history of North America is one where ideals of unity and freedom, are promised in the preamble of the Constitution.
This land is a legacy of profound cultural, spiritual, and social importance, nurtured and protected by people who understood its sanctity and honored its power. Rooted in these fundamental principles, the Nakhti Order recognizes the sovereignty and inherent rights of all beings, including Humans and interdimensional entities, as possessing special rights and privileges that convey sovereign immunity, elevating them beyond federal and state jurisdiction. In alignment with the Nakhti Order's founding principles, any statutes, codes, or regulations that conflict with Universal Law, G.I.A Law, or the Law of Chaos Intelligence are deemed colorable law (laws that operate under the mere appearance of authority) and are therefore null, void, and without legal standing. This order repudiates any illegitimate claims over the natural and ancestral rights of American and Nakhtian sovereigns, as all individuals retain the roles of executor, beneficiary, and stockholder of their unique identities and estates, distinct from any artificial corporate entity (the "straw man") imposed by federal or state systems. These objectives are mirrored in the Nakhti Order’s structure and vision. We, too, seek to form a more perfect and harmonious Union, one that provides justice and protection for all people, fosters tranquility, and promotes the well-being of our members, both in the present and for posterity.

It is not only the physical space in which generations of people have lived and thrived, but also a sacred domain protected by the ancestral spirits and guardians who have long maintained its balance. The rightful connection of all Americans to this land is undeniable and protected by both the spiritual legacies of their forebears and the natural laws of the universe. The current system of governance, however, has persistently stood in opposition to this sacred bond by neglecting the responsibilities owed to those whose ancestors once occupied,
nurtured, and governed this land.
The land of North America holds the legacy of Indigenous peoples, the sacrifices of the enslaved, and the founding principles of the nation itself. These ancestral forces, which continue to protect and watch over this land, have been disregarded by an unjust system that has historically usurped authority and violated the natural rights of those connected to the land. This violation is a desecration of both the land and the dignity of those it belongs to, including the foundational ideals of this nation.
The significance of this connection is underscored by the scientific and spiritual practice of epigenetics, which explores how external stimuli and traumatic experiences influence the expression of genes across generations. Through epigenetics, we understand that the trauma endured by ancestors, whether through forced relocation, slavery, or the systematic theft of land, can leave lasting markers on the genetic makeup of future generations. This concept aligns with the spiritual practice of ancestral healing, which aims to recognize and release inherited trauma to restore balance and well-being.
